David Ford / Partner

A former junior and university scholarship hockey player, David brings a determined drive and enthusiasm to the world of real estate development. His meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful demeanor ensures that every strategic angle has been analyzed and the project is properly positioned for success.

A Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Guelph with solid business sense and keen analytical skills, David has held senior management and leadership positions within a variety of marketing firms, bringing thirteen years experience to the Ignite management team.

An active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), David focuses his role within the envisioning, branding and strategic marketing segments of the Ignite business.

Les Skingle QC / Partner

With a love of the outdoors, the resort world is a natural fit for Les Skingle. A Queen’s Counsel lawyer, Chartered Accountant and well-respected advisor, Les possesses the innate ability to marry practical and analytical thinking with thought-provoking development strategy.

In addition to his role at Ignite, Les continues to serve as Counsel to Felesky Flynn LLP (Partner 1986 – 2002) and as Co-founder of Camcor Capital, a significant equity investor in junior oil and gas companies. He has also served as President and Director of Three Sisters Mountain Village in the Canadian Rockies before the sale of the company in 2007.

With 30+ years experience, a strong development foundation, sound business acumen and extensive network, Les offers seasoned insight to Ignite’s strategic and capital offering.

Jeremy Tomalin-Reeves / Partner

As an avid athlete with two-ironman finishes, over 30 marathons, numerous triathlons and endurance racing to his credit, Jeremy has not met a challenge to faze him yet. He approaches real estate with the same vigor, determination and passion with an aptitude of problem-solving and creative thinking.

A native of the United Kingdom, Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has been involved in the real estate development business for over 20 years in North America, Europe and the Caribbean, with the majority of that experience centered on the resort sector.

During this career, Jeremy has become known for pioneering new sales strategies and is credited with over 40 local and national sales and marketing awards.
